The University reserves the right to regulate the posting and distribution of all notices. Approval for posting, as well as complete posting/publicity guidelines, may be obtained at the Welcome Desk located in the John J. Hemmingson Center.
Notices, event flyers, and announcements for activities specifically related to Gonzaga University will be given first priority for posting. Advertisements for local businesses or Spokane community events that are not University-sponsored will only be posted on campus bulletin boards if approved and space allows. There is a fee associated with this service.
This policy has been designed to ensure that Gonzaga University students, faculty, and staff have equal access to common posting areas and that the aesthetic quality of the campus is preserved. Posting on University property is a privilege.
